Hayley of Luna nominated me for the Friends for Days tag (Thank you!!)
And.. that’s it. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
My prayers go out to those in Manchester and London after the devastating attacks. My heart goes out to Ariana, who I thank for doing a tribute concert even after attacks the day before. I hope the families of the lives lost are doing okay, and I give them my blessing. #IStandWithManchester #LoveConquersHate
Summer is here which means PHOTOGRAPHY and which also means lots of DIY room decor…
My stats were way down there because of my lack of posting, but I’m hoping that this year will reboot!
I hope you have a lovely day/evening and I will see you in my next post! Byee!
We are collaborating over FASHION because we are just soo obsessed with it!
We’re going to be doing the Style Swap Challenge. It’s basically where we made 3 outfits using the other person’s style preference.
The five words she used to describe her sense of fashion was:
I tried to go for a really color-ry vibe because it’s spring! I’ve always loved those cute lil’ backpacks that seem to be everywhere. I make it a really bright color so that you’d say “Wow! That backpack is lit.”
The orange nail polish really struck out to me so I decided to add that in too. And lastly, who doesn’t like a good old pair of Nike??
First of all,the colors are all perfect! They go together so well,I love it! The shirt and the jeans are all super pretty and I am now obsessed with that gorgeous backpack
For this outfit, I was thinking “Let’s go classy but not too much”.
That’s why I added that little flower touch: I wanted to tone it down. + I love that purple-ish color! It would look super nice – but you can’t put too much.
Evelynn is officially a fashion queen! I really love the flower crown with the black shirt and denim skirt as well as the bold purple lip and beautiful eye makeup! They all go so well together, it’s perfect!
I love this outfit the most!
It’s a really nice nude theme going around that I adore! The lip color is my favorite. Again, that salmon color is one that truly can’t go out of style (This coming from a girl who believes that if a song is 1 month old, its old).
I love the romper soooooooooooooo much. I am obsessed with lace: my closet is full of it. The criss-cross is so cute and I love it. A LOT.
Lastly, the earrings. I wanted to add a pop effect so I put those and boom! the outfit was complete.
I really like the color of the outfit here but I think the nude colored shoes are definitely my favorite ones and those earrings are stunning! They are so unique and I love the pop of black and white
To finish, here are some fashion tips!
1) Always check what the latest trends are and have a go-to for inspo.
Blogs like Teen Vogue and Seventeen are always on topic. It’s a great place to get to see what are the new fashion and beauty trends.
To find the PERF inspo, go to Pinterest (Obviously!). You can check out my boards Fashion and lookbook.
2) Know your palette and overall style.
This is very important because, with that in mind, you can base your whole closet. I am a casually chic, Tumblr-ish person, so that’s what most of my closet looks like.
+ When you’re surfing the web, you can type in those keys words and get exactly what you want!
Your color palette is the color that you would like your closet to be centered around. Pastel person? Your palette probably looks like this:
Love popping colors? Then maybe it looks like this:
It really depends on what you think of your closet.
3) Be confident!
You always look better when you feel better. Your strongest accessory is your smile, so make sure to always have it on.
Can’t find your strongest accessory? Do this activity:
Draw yourself in your dream outfit (Or you can choose to do hair or makeup instead
In blue, write your strengths. In orange, write your weaknesses. In purple, write how you would describe your fashion sense in at least 3 words. In green, your fave colors.
Not only will you learn things about you, but you will find all the things you’re good at that you don’t even realize.
Need an example? Here’s mine:
And that’s a wrap!
Tell me what you think in the comments below and tell me what your favorite outfit was! Make sure to check out Sasha’s blog (And thank you again for this opportunity to collab!) and to read her post!
Also.. I’m back from my break a lil’ bit earlier because I couldn’t survive blogging until June! The monthly wrap-up will come soon: Don’t worry!
I could watch cat videos, try not to laugh videos, peoples jumping into mayonnaise, etc. But the thing I watch on Youtube the most is Zoella. This is mainly the reason this is an M.M: Monday is the day to binge watch things on Youtube.
If you don’t know Zoella… You should be searching her up on Youtube right now.
Zoella is a blogger, a YouTuber, an entrepreneur… All those things!
Zoella grew up in Lacock, Wiltshire with her little brother Joe (Who is known as Thatcher Joe). In 2009, Zoe started her own blog, named Zoella, which got thousand of followers by the end of the year. Her blog was mainly fashion, beauty and lifestyle blog, and it expanded to a Youtube Channel in 2009. Her main channel (Zoella) was first named “zoella280390”. She continued on with her theme, adding “favorites videos” where she showed her favorites from the last month.
Her second channel, MoreZoella, is where she films vlogs.
You guys must be wondering why I put a ginormous biography of her.. I wanted you to know a bit more about her so that I could justify my reasoning.
First of all, she has a lovely sense of fashion. She mainly shops at ASOS, which I started stalking after she mentioned it.
Second, of all, she is way too sweet. Who gives all her profits from a video to donate? This girl.
Third of all, she’s so funny! I can’t even..! I remember one video when Ii laughed soo hard! Not to mention that Nala (Her dog) is the way too adorable!
Wadda you think?
Do you like Zoella? Would you go and watch her videos? Let me know in the comments down below!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Harry Potter, #7): 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
It’s no longer safe for Harry at Hogwarts, so he and his best friends, Ron and Hermione, are on the run. Professor Dumbledore has given them clues about what they need to do to defeat the dark wizard, Lord Voldemort, once and for all, but it’s up to them to figure out what these hints and suggestions really mean. Their cross-country odyssey has them searching desperately for the answers, while evading capture or death at every turn. At the same time, their friendship, fortitude, and sense of right and wrong are tested in ways they never could have imagined. The ultimate battle between good and evil that closes out this final chapter of the epic series takes place where Harry’s Wizarding life began: at Hogwarts. The satisfying conclusion offers shocking last-minute twists, incredible acts of courage, powerful new forms of magic, and the resolution of many mysteries. Above all, this intense, cathartic book serves as a clear statement of the message at the heart of the Harry Potter series: that choice matters much more than destiny, and that love will always triumph over death.
Now, these are not books, but movies are usually books turned into images.
So I watched 2 movies (that I remember of): Nerve and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
Industrious high school senior Vee Delmonico (Emma Roberts) is tired of living life on the sidelines. Pressured by her friends, Vee decides to join Nerve, a popular online game that challenges players to accept a series of dares. It’s not long before the adrenaline-fueled competition requires her to perform increasingly dangerous stunts. When Nerve begins to take a sinister turn, Vee finds herself in a high-stakes finale that will ultimately determine her entire future.
I loved this movie so so much! It was just so interesting! It didn’t have a slow start, which I enjoyed. The movie had a very clear message 1) Don’t let peer pressure get to you 2) Social media is sometimes dangerous.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Confident in his powers as Spider-Man, Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) embraces his new role as a hero and spends time with Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) in between protecting New York from criminals. However, his greatest battle yet is about to begin. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront an enemy far more powerful than he is. And when his old friend Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan) returns, Peter comes to realize that all his enemies have one thing in common: Oscorp.
I did NOT like this movie. It was wayy to complicated. So much going on! If you really REALLY fell in love with the first one, then maybe you’ll enjoy it. But the actors were pretty good so that kinda makes up for it.
Yes, I know, I still haven’t gotten my revenge for throwing me off the slide and into that pile of snow at your house. Or that time where I accidentally got you a gift when you didn’t want one.
Do you remember when we met? I believe it was when we were in kindergarten. You were the fastest, the strongest and the sportiest. And I was just one of the other girls in the background. But yet, we still became best friends. And we were for a very long time.
We went to birthday parties, had playdates, and were just overall, crazy.
But then, Grade 4 happened.
At first, it was nothing major. But then I sensed us drifting, and drifting. We didn’t really stop talking; it was more just like a break. While we made new friends, I never forgot you.
We were then reunited back in 6th grade, and here we are again. We are closer than ever, and the best of friends. #PowerFriends #MERP
Thank you for being there for me the last 8 years. You are my best friend.
Today’s post was a bit more personal to me, and I kinda wanted to open up to you a little more.
I really think friendship is an important value, and I have loads of really close friends, but the one that I wrote that letter to is one of the closest ones.
So my friend’s birthday is coming up, and I thought it would be a really good idea to write this! Most of my friends birthday’s are in March, and I was looking for birthday presents. This is a thing a really struggle with, and so I thought this would be a great idea.

Congrats to M & B from Closet Readers for winning the Blogger of the Month award! Here is an acrostic poem explaining how great they are:
This site was made to give the makers, two sisters known as M&B in the blogosphere, a chance to voice their opinions on books and things and give others the chance to discuss and voice their own opinions on books and things as well. Click here for more on the makers.
We here at Closet Readers strongly believe books hold treasures and are a key to opening something in yourself. We at Closet Readers also believe books are experienced individually but we strongly encourage these experiences to be shared because when you experience something whether good or bad it is okay to want to rant or rave or scream if needs be. All things books can be screamed here at ‘Closet Readers’.”
